I just wrote you to reply to your inquiry about our small cape in South Montville. Not sure you meant to send me this one too.

I wanted to let you know that we do have about an acre of land with that house, but right now our veg garden's in the middle of it! It's not a good location for someone wanting to really farm - no outbuildings to use, not that much land.

But maybe you're looking for one place to live and another place to farm?
