I will be posting things periodically here in order to find farmers who are interested in increasing production of pigs to supply a salumeria that we are currently trying to put together in Portland ME. Our project needs 6-7 pigs per week, and we are actively seeking individuals who would like to form a small coop in order to meet this demand.
