Whatley Farm has MOFGA-certified organic garlic for sale. Mixed hardneck varieties like German Extra Hardy, Russian Red, Georgian Fire, Bogatyr, etc. These are smallish bulbs, mostly 1.5-2", which would be good for a culinary or medicinal processing project, and a good deal at $6/lb for 10 lbs, $5.50/lb for 25 lbs, and only $5/lb for 50 lbs and up.
