Friends, looking for a chance to take action on climate change?

The Natural Resources Council of Maine is working on a sign-on letter to Senators King and Collins from hundreds of Maine small-business owners who support clean air and climate solutions. In recent years, the Northeast has significantly reduced climate-changing greenhouse gas emissions through the market-based Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. Now, the U.S. EPA is asking the rest of the country to follow New England’s lead and slash CO2 emissions at our nation’s power plants. Our Senators’ support will be crucial to its success.

Do you think the rest of the nation’s power plants should run as cleanly as ours? Check out the other 160+ business signers here, and add your name if you agree. And that’s all – no donation request, no nothing – just your endorsement for clean air!

Thanks for all you do for a healthy Maine.
