I am a new farmer slowly bringing old horse pasture into organic cultivation. I am now upto two and a half acres and a couple of greenhouses and need some help. My question is; How many hours of labor per week is free room and board worth? We have a seperate section of the house empty and available. The deal would include cable, laundry and all house privileges. Any experience from any other farms who had to bring on help under a tight budget would be greatly appreciated.
