South Paw Farm, nestled in the hills of South Unity, tends to 45 acres of pasture, plowed fields, woodlands, and wetlands. We grow four acres of mixed vegetables and currently look after a growing flock of ruminants, poultry, and pigs. We grow with natural fertilizers, hand tools, integrated pest management practices, and cultivate with a small tractor. We manage the open fields with crop rotation and cover crops. After lambing in the spring, our flock of sheep rotationally graze fresh pasture. Our crew is a team of hard working folks who love to eat good food and breathe country air. We are dedicated to bringing the highest quality and freshest food to our neighboring communities.
