South Paw Farm, nestled in the hills of South Unity, tends to 45 acres of pasture, plowed fields, woodlands, and wetlands. We grow mixed vegetables and currently look after a growing herd of cows and pigs. We grow with natural fertilizers, hand tools, integrated pest management practices, and cultivate with a small tractor. We manage the open fields with crop rotation and cover crops. After lambing in the spring, our flock of sheep rotationally graze fresh pasture. Our crew is a team of hard working folks who love to eat good food and breathe country air. We are dedicated to bringing the highest quality and freshest food to our neighboring communities.
