Here at our CSA/CSF we harvest an abundance of specialty products: both from the ocean and our farm; including Atlantic Sea Scallops, Maine Lobster, Pure Maine Maple Syrup, Pure Maine Raw Honey, Organic Edible Flowers, Organic Culinary and Medicinal Herbs, Organic Vegetables, Field Grown Perennials and Cut flowers. We use organic practices and strive to preserve our natural resources. We have shares year round and the price per share ranges from $90 for a Single Share to $350 for a family share. We are willing to work with you to design the share that suits your needs including choosing vegetables from seed to fruit, making substitutions and purchasing additional shares.
We have pickup sites at our Sabattus farm and at group sites at Ames Farm Center (North Yarmouth and Kennebunk Farmers Market, Kennebunk. Please call for more information at 375-9090.

Products Description
Here on our farm and fishery we would like to offer a wide selection of specialty products this year that we feel will be a enticing selection. OUR PRODUCTS FOR 2010 INCLUDED IN OUR SHARES Casco Bay Atlantic Sea Scallops (January -April). Maine Lobster (July-October). Pure Maine Maple Syrup (March-October). Pure Raw Maine Honey ( Available at Extraction time TBA). Organic Edible Flowers (July-August). Organic Culinary and Medicinal Herbs (includes Mix of Basil, Parsley, Thyme, Cilantro, Dill, Calendula, etc. in July-October). Organic Heirloom Vegetables (includes high quality Tomatoes, Squash varieties, Cucumbers, Peppers, Lettuce, Beans, Beets, etc in July-October). Perennials (Field Grown Hardy Varieties June-October). Cut Flowers (Annuals and Perennial varieties July-October). We will also be featuring many free educational opportunities here on the farm.
Markets
Shareholder members will be welcome to either come to our farm for their product pick ups or we will be delivering to group sites at towns within a half an hour radius from our farm, including, N. Yarmouth, Yarmouth, Freeport, Brunswick, Bowdoinham, Bowdoin, Sabattus, Auburn, New Gloucester, Lewiston, Lisbon, Monmouth, Wales, Leeds, Greene, Litchfield, Durham, Gray and Pownal. We are also delivering to our CSA members at the Kennebunk Farmers Market in Kennebunk. Members from Wells, Arundel, Kennebunkport, and Kennebunk are welcome to pick up our products there. If you would like to join our CSA/CSF, please send us your name, address, email address, and phone number so that we can contact you. We will want to discuss the best shareholder match for you and your family or school. We also can design an option with you that better suits your needs. We would also like you to take part in designing the products we grow and feature. An additional special feature about our farm is, If you would like to contribute 8 working hours on the farm , then we will grant 10%off the price of just the farm shares. One half of the full share expense; note options in our brochure for prices, will be required one month before receiving shareholder benefits unless you are buying sea scallops. The remaining one half of the shareholder’s cost will be required on the first CSA/CSF pick up date which is the first Friday of the month.
