Our goals are to sustainably raise food for the local community and make agriculture more visible on Mount Desert Island. In addition to raising some livestock, we will be cultivating several acres of vegetables. We will be growing produce for a Community Supported Agriculture, wholesale accounts, and farmers' markets. For our 2011 CSA, we will be charging $450 for 16 weeks of delicious produce; that's $28.16 a week. CSA members will also enjoy potluck dinners, harvest parties, and bulk-buying opportunities.
