We are an historic old-time, small family farm 12 miles NW of Bangor, Maine, comprised of dairy, beef and logging operations. Our farm is 800 contiguous acres of valley, pasture, hayland, and forest, with 80 head of dairy and beef cattle, having been operational and in our family circa 1837. Brian Call has been milking cows for almost 30 years, and currently logs a variety of wood for multiple uses. His wife, Joan Gibson, is an agronomist, former USDA employee, and vegetable farmer. She also makes and sells home batches of natural lotions and creams using balsam and herbal ingredients from the farm. The lotions and creams are available through the farm's website, themilkywayorganicfarm.com, or, by email: juanagibson@juno.com, as well as by phone ordering, 207/884-7117.

We have pre-ordered farm pick-up products for our customer and we produce an array of:

state-licensed farm fresh all-natural milk, when in season, state-inspected 25, 50 and 100 pound hamburger, beef and veal boxes, vegetables, and for the homesteader, milking cows, beef steers, breeding cattle, calves and oxen teams, and very fertile loam, rich aged cow manure, landscaping stones, sustainably-harvested, all natural and certifiable cedar fence posts and logs, and economy firewood. We offer delivery for manure and loam and in most cases, firewood. We also sell hay as animal fodder and marsh hay for landscaping.

Our ongoing products for sale are listed daily on craigslist.org, state of Maine, farm and garden, Levant/Bangor, and are all locally-produced from our farm and reasonably priced. Feel free to call us with any questions at: 207/884-7117 before 8:00 pm, or email us at: juanagibson@juno.com

We are committed to preserving Maine's small family farms by producing delicious, nutritional, safe, and fresh dairy, meat, vegetable, and wood products for our community, sustainably produced and reasonably priced. We feel there should be a local option for consumer goods which allows stronger local economies, autonomy and the existence of working family farms. We exist because of your support.
